My $7,000 dentures are complete crap. Teeth have intentional stains, I have never had stained teeth in my life. Upper broke when I dropped in sink. I paid $300 for replacement. Year later bottom broke while I was eating a ripe banana. I'm livid

This has become my new go-to for dental work and check ups. Dr. Fan and Devin (or Devon?) have always been very kind and will explain the process for work getting done. I would also highlight that you are treated on time as scheduled unlike many other offices. I understand that appointments can get filled quickly, but their system for being waitlisted has also been beneficial if you might need to get squeezed in a little sooner. Most recently went in for my crown, and it was very quick!

Mark is the coolest dental hygienist I’ve met. His music background and history of playing in rock bands as a guitarist always make the conversation interesting and the time in the dental chair fly by. Everything from calling to inquire, setting up an appointment, x-rays and deep cleaning were so streamlined and efficient. All the employees were friendly and very informative. I went here for a regular cleaning, and I also have a tooth infection because I'm 46 and still have 3 wisdom teeth.. I was dreading going because my previous dentist was a bit brutal, but it did not end up being scary at all. The tech was very gentle and friendly, and I had a positive experience at a dentist. Which is not something I have really said before. They also seem honest because I do take care of my teeth and they said that they could see that, whereas my previous dentist always found problems and wanted to do more procedures.. I'm so glad I switched! I was kind of sad that they can't pull my wisdom teeth but that's actually a compliment. Hopefully the oral surgeons will be as nice. Thanks Dental Centre!

These guys are great. I have a lot of dental trauma and am very sensitive to light, noise, textures etc. and they didn't bat an eye when I showed up to my first appointment dressed as a pink fox, toting a stuffed unicorn and fidgets to help keep myself calm. They worked quickly, let me take wiggle breaks (tho I definitely tried to keep them to a minimum so I could be done faster) and addressed some major concerns I had with minimal invasiveness which was amazing. The front desk has been great helping me with insurance questions and repeating things until I am sure I understand properly. I have had one issue where an apt I had scheduled disappeared off of their scheduling system (probably not their fault considering electronics malfunction around me constantly) but they rescheduled me for two days later no problem. Thanks to these guys I have gone from only seeing a dentist when vitally necessary to getting my checkups yearly and cleanings every six months (it makes the cleanings go faster and easier). All of the staff is very friendly when I come in.

The Dental Centre provides straight forward dental care. I went for a cleaning and that's what I got. The doctor noted a cavity and that it appeared larger than what was pictured in my earlier Xray. My teeth were polished and that was that. I left after making an appointment to fill the cavity. Update: had my first cavity filled at the Dental Centre. I was surprised at how quickly it was completed. I felt no discomfort during and never had to take any Tylenol later for residual pain. I'm a happy customer. Again very efficient and professional.

The Dental Centre has been honest and always done what they said they would do on time. I had a filling today on a tooth that my previous dentist told me had to be extracted and replaced with a fake tooth! My wife referred me to The Dental Centre and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a bit of an emergency need this morning. When I called for a last minute visit with Dr. Fan, the sweet young lady was able to work me in! I got in early and was seen and out before my appointment time. Dr. Fan checked out my issue, assured me it wasn’t bad, as I had been thinking the worst, and it would clear up on its own..He is so easy to talk to and so understanding! Don’t get me wrong, when I inquired about whitening, they had an affordable solution that was done quickly. the results were exactly what I asked for. Since my last visit., I lost a small cosmetic filling on one my forward teeth, Fan fixed it on the fly as charged me very little for the repair. My experience with Dr. Fan and Dr. Shirley were wonderful. They are both so very gentle that what can usually be a tortured experience was as pleasant as could be. They also had state of the art equipment and some handy tricks to help make it go smoothly. I had crowns put in and fillings. My last exam was 4 years ago and I didn't want to go to the same place so I chose Dental Centre bc of a cat named Duchess. I left an appointment request over the weekend and on Tuesday received a call to schedule and Wednesday I had an appointment with Dr. Fan! I liked that I was able to be seen so quickly, I had no time to freak out however I was offered later appointments as well, variety, spice of life. I have not been going anywhere but the grocery store because of the virus and honestly I was pretty scared not knowing how things were going to be different. I"m glad I woke up late and had to run out my door I would have wasted my time worrying for naught. It was very clean inside, there are marked spots for SD and the now familiar plexiglass guards and they told me exactly where to stand, I never know what to do now, where to stand, having somebody to tell me was so nice. I was greeted warmly and filled out my paperwork only bc I forgot to do it before. Tori took me to get my x-rays all the while being friendly and explaining what was happening, she definitely is an asset to that office! When Dr Fan came in he took the time to chat, I mentioned how crazy things are nowadays which of course we all agreed on and I found having the doctor and assistant and FD staff addressing the weirdness give me more confidence in the entire office. Tori really is great. After my exam Dr Fan told me what he thought my plan of action should be and why, he could have looked and left but he didn't. Not delegating that to someone else is awesome so that I could ask questions and it made me feel important. I go back tomorrow (one day later, woohoo!) for the first part of my treatment plan, the costs were explained to me by Vanessa I believe, another really nice person, seriously Dr Fan you have a great staff take care of them, and in addition to all this I was given a goody bag (dental theme) and the treatment plan estimate was emailed to me which I'd already forgotten and they wrote me reminders because I have the worst memory! I will update this tomorrow after Mark cleans my teeth and in a few more weeks because I'm finally getting a new bite guard, yay oh yay oh yay!!! Needless to say I'd totally recommend scaredy cats to come here and if you're worried about dental work in the time of Covid there is no need to if you come here!!

Dr Jack Fan is excellent. I am very picky about dentists and new to Austin. So was busy with my research who to choose as my dentist. I went in today to see what to do with my wisdom tooth which was partially fixed but in Europe (can’t fly back now). Right diagnosis, very friendly team, got a teeth cleaning, check of all the teeth on by one, exact explanation what needs to happen which I 100% agree with and a concrete plan how and when to fix all. My usual dentist is in Europe and my second dentist - in Asia as I travel a lot but Dr Fan convinced with his confidence and competency today. 5*!
